ChatCar 이용자는 언제든지 본인 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제(회원 탈퇴)를 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제 요청 방법

방법 1 — 앱에서 직접 (즉시 처리)

1. ChatCar 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
2. 설정 탭으로 이동합니다.
3. 회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
4. 안내에 따라 확인하면 계정이 삭제됩니다.

방법 2 — 이메일로 요청

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 메일 본문에 가입하신 이메일 주소(카카오로 가입하셨다면 카카오 계정 이메일 또는 닉네임)를 적어 보내주시면, 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

• 처리 기한: 요청 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내

삭제되는 데이터 (탈퇴 즉시)

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 닉네임
• 정비(영수증) 이력

보관 후 파기되는 데이터

서비스 운영 및 법령 준수를 위해 일부 정보는 아래 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 복구 불가능하게 파기합니다.

Account & Data Deletion

ChatCar users may request deletion of their account and associated data (account withdrawal) at any time.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (processed immediately)

1. Open the ChatCar app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm; your account will then be deleted.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, please email us. Include the email address you signed up with (or, if you signed up with Kakao, your Kakao account email or nickname). We will verify your identity and process the request.

• Processing time: within 7 business days of confirming the request

Data deleted immediately upon withdrawal

• Account information: email address, nickname
• Maintenance (receipt) history

Data retained, then destroyed

For service operation and legal compliance, some information is retained for the periods below and then destroyed irrecoverably.
